SA.NI.MA. salt is cultivated and harvested in Trapani saltpans located within WWF Trapani e Paceco Natural Reserve. The saltpans water comes from Trapani sea and is constantly monitored. Regular inspections guarantee reliability, genuineness, and environmental respect.

Collection is mechanized with counter-current prewash, hydrocyclone washing, centrifugation, vibrating and drying at a temperature of 225 ° C and screening by resonance selection.
Aromas are added manually by authorized staff to process food.
